Northhampton, MA. American Benefits Group is one of the preeminent
employee benefits solutions partners in New England today. The TPA
Billing software will be used to support the benefit plans for over
1500 employees at 70 companies.

Insurance Billing software program at the United
Way and Community Chest of Greater Cincinnati. The United
Way manages Health, Life and AD&D employee insurance and pension
benefits for 5000 employees at over 100 local agencies.

Seattle, WA
STIEL/IPS, Inc. has installed their TPA
Insurance Billing software at the Catholic
Archdiocese of Seattle, Washington. The TPA Billing software
will be supporting the Archdiocese's Benefits Services, Office Employee
Benefits and Pension Billing programs for its 200 parishes and 3000
employees and their families. The Archdiocese of Seattle manages
over 25 benefit and pension plan offerings and will use some of
the newest features of Release 2.1, including retroactive enrollments
and terminations, employee confirmation statements and electronic
carrier reporting.

STIEL/IPS, Inc. recently completed an Information
Technology (IT) Assessment for the Grafton County Commissioner's
Office, Grafton County, New Hampshire.
The project evaluated the County's IT capabilities in communications
architecture, security and server capacity, software applications,
Internet capabilities, system and network administration and maintenance
support. WdB Solutions has been retained to oversee its recommendations
during the County departments move to new offices in the coming
year.

The Proof of Concept will include Pension Billing and Employee Benefits

at the Archdiocese of Miami. The software will support Self Insurance
administration and billing for the Archdiocese's properties, vehicles
and equipment, general liability and Workers Compensation programs.

Shipping and Tracking System
for a NH wood products manufacturer. The new graphical based application
will replace the present legacy character-based system. The new
Shipping and Tracking System will interface with the company's electronic
business application allowing immediate notification to customers
when shipments leave the factory. The new system will interface
with both the manufacturing and accounting applications using ODBC
connections providing seamless access for data base updates.

non-profit organization located in Raleigh, NC. The customer provides

a national manufacturer and distributor's Shipping
Systems capabilities. The present system was designed
for the organization's original 6 locations and through company
acquisitions and expansion, their locations have grown to nearly
30. The company has grown so rapidly that the need for shipping
the increased volumes of product will exceed the present systems
abilities soon. STIEL/IPS. has expanded its staff to meet this very
time sensitive deadline and expects to complete this project by
second quarter 2001, in time to eliminate any negative impact to
the company.

System Processing and Interface project for a large carton
manufacturer. The system will provide interfacing between the company's
outside sales personnel, the home office in the mid-west and the
division's central site on the east coast. The system interfaces
a Lotus Notes front end used by the sales personnel and the companies
manufacturing system running in a unix/uniVerse environment. The
system will allow the companies product development and prototyping
department to receive immediate information from the sales force
related to providing customers with sample and prototype products
faster and with more accurate results. The final benefit...shortening

The present system was expanded to provide investors in Real Estate
Limited Partnerships and Real Estate Investment
Trusts with quarterly summary reporting of the earnings

Area Network expansion of a Boston based financial services
firm. STIEL/IPS was contracted to manage the expansion of both the
Local Area and the Wide Area component to the firm's systems network
infrastructure. The project started in April and included several
server replacements, staffing, T1 and internet service expansion
plus the planning and implementation of a Virtual Private Network
(VPN) between the firms 3 remote locations and the home office in

for a Boston Real Estate investment firm. The study included reviewing
the company's business processes, use of information technology
and growth projections. The final recommendations provided for upgrading
their local area network, applications servers, WAN communications

for non-profits. Interfaced with the Fund Accounting software from
USL Financials, Inc., the program supports the Roman Catholic Diocese
of Portland, Maine's Self-Insurance, Medical Insurance and Pension
Insurance administration and billing. STIEL/IPS, Inc. adapted their
existing TPA Billing software used by its group association customers
to support all non-profit organizations who do third-party insurance

Costing Program. The new program will produce customer

software and provide support for the sales offices in New York and

Saratoga, NY - STIEL/IPS, Inc. completed the first phase of the development for a Shop
Floor Data Collection System for a New York folding carton
manufacturer. The new system collects production, spoilage and labor
data - real-time, using Citadel Industrial PC's. The system produces
bar-coded labels from Zebra printers for WIP inventory and finished
products.
Phase two is scheduled to start 9/7/99 to integrate the Shop Floor
Data Collection module with the company's ERP Manufacturing software
and Statistical Process Control (SPC) application.

Goods Location System in conjunction with an Inventory
Identification System for a leading folding carton manufacturer.
These systems work together to accomplish loading inventory into
the inventory location, and further processing of scanned loads
out of inventory for shipment. The Finished Goods Location System
uses Hand held Bar Code Data Collection Terminals to read Bar Coded
Finished Goods. STIEL/IPS worked directly with the manufacturing
plants personnel to design, develop and implement the application.
This application will serve as the foundation to add modules for
Picking List, Shipment Bill of Lading and Electronic Commerce transactions.

Boston - A Boston, Mass. Real Estate Investment firm
has retained the consulting & information system development services
of STIEL/IPS. STIEL/IPS will design and develop a real
estate investor database. The data base and application
software will maintain and track real estate investments, investor
contributions and profit distribution. The investment firm will
use the system to keep investors informed of investment activity
and results, providing notification of real estate transactions,
and to calculate profit distributions. The system is on schedule
for completion and implementation in June. The Boston based investment
firm has reviewed prototypes of both the investor support side and
the administration and maintenance side of the system and are now
planning to move parts of the Investor Management & Tracking System
to the Internet. Plans are to locate the web enabled portion of
the system on a secure section of their web site. Investors will
be able to access information about their own investments directly

build the prototype Remote Sales Office/Sales
Force Automation system for a national manufacturer.
The new system will be supporting the company's order processing,
customer service, quotation and supplier managed inventory (SMI)

MN Sales Office, installations are planned for three (3) additional

of a factory floor Statistical Process
Control (SPC) system for a leading folding carton manufacturer.
This implementation is the first of six implementations at the company's
manufacturing facilities. The SPC/Quality System, utilizes a Hewlett-Packard
D350 UNIX Server and PQ Systems SQCPack 3.0 SPC software. The system
supports fifteen (15) work centers producing Variable Control Charts
